Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Munimjee AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including sellers, delivery team members, and visitors.

2. Service Description

Munimjee AI provides an AI-powered automation platform for Instagram sellers that includes: automated Direct Message management and customer negotiation, payment screenshot verification using OCR and UTR validation, order creation and management with shipping integration, delivery team coordination and customer notification, and a seller dashboard for analytics and settings management.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account
• You must authorize our app through Meta's official OAuth flow
• You must provide accurate product information and pricing
• You must have a valid UPI account for receiving payments
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions and fair pricing
• Sell only legal products permitted under Indian law
• Respond promptly to the manual verification queue when required
• Handle customer disputes and returns in good faith
• Comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Commerce Policies
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment manipulation
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

6. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Munimjee AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI bot will negotiate optimally in every situation. Payment verification is automated and may not catch all fraudulent screenshots; sellers are ultimately responsible for verifying transactions. We are not liable for any losses arising from incorrect AI responses, failed payment verification, shipping delays, or customer disputes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Munimjee AI. You retain ownership of your product data, chat history, and business content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your bot will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
